“Today I had a wonderful experience at the laboratory. The staff at the reception were very kind and polite. I came with a large list of tests prescribed by my doctor, and the team helped me understand everything step by step. The nurse who took my blood was extremely gentle and professional — she drew the blood so carefully that I did not feel any pain at all. This was a big contrast compared to another shift at the same laboratory, where I was left with large bruises on my veins. Thank you so much to today’s team for their kindness, support, and delicate attitude toward patients. I truly appreciate it!”
